A portal enables fast and simple access to all relevant information by displaying different sources at the same time. E.g. customers from a CRS system, your e-mail inbox and calendar functions, and information from the SAP system.

Applications

Applications usually cannot be started directly from the portal. They are integrated so that functions can be used directly without the need for a separate login.

Documents

Integrated document management simplifies and quickens access to documents compared to the traditional saving of documents in directories. All document changes are versioned and a notification service informs all those who are registered about new or changed documents.

Individuality

If desired, the users can structure their portal easily themselves using a wide range of settings. Information sources and applications to be displayed as well as the visual design of interfaces can be adapted to meet individual requirements. Our portal solutions are normally based on a standard product that we parameterise in accordance with customer requirements and complete using our own programming.

We specialise in Microsoft SharePoint portal servers and IBM WebSphere portal servers.

If we are unable to meet customer requirements using a standard product, we develop a solution based on ready-made components and carry out individual programming with MS .NET technology or Java.
