Our incident management allows us to deal with any problems that arise during daily operation competently, reliably and quickly. High-performance is a key module of ITIL-based service management which aims to recover your system and application operation as fast as possible and guarantee the smooth operation of your business processes. Our Customer Care Center first records your problem at the service desk so that we can immediately start to analyse and evaluation the situation. We solve straightforward incidents remotely with one of our secure time windows. The service is calculated in periods of 15 minutes. Problems that cannot be corrected straight away by our service desk are passed on to the problem management team that look into cause, carry out an analysis and correct the problem.
