We inform users on the status of the problem and let them know of any changes, downtime and current disruptions. We also compile statistics regarding the type and frequency of requests that are recorded over an agreed time period. We collect user master data in the user administration system so that it is available for all applications. If required, we can create documentation regarding set processes for each system and electronic workflows are on hand for administrative changes to the master data. Our application management services are available around the clock 365 days a year. You can take advantage of our services on a permanent basis or request them at short notice to help during peak times, enquire about specialist information or provide cover during in the case of holidays and illness. Our services can be invoiced based on 15 minute units for optimum flexibility.
