The desktop service supports, extends, modifies and renews Windows client machines in the 2nd level where environment stability is crucial. We first assess new hardware and client software in a customer-dependent test environment, specify with our customers individually agreed installation procedures and install the software in a precise and controlled manner. We also oversee the fully automated allocation of software updates, security patches and virus functions. Our local support is activated via the Customer Care Center. Users are given personal support onsite. Local systems and tools are used to remove any interferences and carry out additional services such as hardware and software installations, relocating PC equipment, ordering and receiving materials, sending and storing PC equipment, disassembling old computers, hardware repairs and inventories.
