Jürgen Hermann - Chairman of the Board
Jürgen Hermann studied Economics at the University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg. After his studies, he continued his leadership career as an officer in the German Army Signal Corps in Germany and the United States. He then served in an executive capacity in the strategy department of Thyssen Telecom AG. Jürgen Hermann began his career at QSC in 1997 when the company was founded as a privately held consulting firm. As head of the finance department, he has been responsible for helping to shape the entire build-up of the company, from its pre-IPO financing to the initial public offering and right through until today. Jürgen Hermann has been a member of QSC AG’s management board since April 1, 2009 responsible for Finance, Legal and Investor Relations. As a member of INFO AG's board of directors Jürgen Hermann is also responsible for Finance at INFO AG as of July 1st, 2011.
Stefan Freyer
Stefan Freyer holds a degree in computer sciences specializing in the field of business and has been with INFO AG since 1997. Before that he had been employed at Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken GmbH, first as a trainee, then later on as senior developer and specialized consultant for logistics. Stefan Freyer began his career at INFO AG as group head of sales logistics, then progressed to regional manager for projects. Prior to being appointed to the Board of Directors, Mr. Freyer was also responsible for Application Management. On the Board of Directors Stefan Freyer represents the business units Outsourcing, Consulting and Innovation.
Dr. JürgenMattfeldt
Dr. Jürgen Mattfeldt studied mathematics at the RWTH Aachen and took a doctorial degree in mobile communication systems. From 1994 to 1996 he was employed at Thyssen Telecom AG as project manager and was responsible for various M&A projects. From 1996 to 1999 Dr.Jürgen Mattfeldt was Managing Director of the InternetService Provider IS Internet ServicesGmbH & Co. KG, a company of Thyssen Telecom AG. From 1999 to 2012 he was responsible for the strategy of QSC AG and at the same time he was Managing Director of three QSC AG subsidiaries which were Ventelo GmbH, celox GmbH EPAGGmbH. Since January 2008 Dr. Jürgen Mattfeldt has been Managing Director of Plusnet GmbH & Co.KG. He was appointed to the INFO AG Board of Directors with effect from June 15, 2012 where he is responsible for infrastructure and corporate sourcing.
Henning Reinecke
Henning Reinecke studied business administration at the Hamburg Business Academy. He subsequently worked in corporate procurement at Beiersdorf AG in Hamburg for four years before going on to acquire over sixteen years of project and leadership experience on both a national and international scale, through his various positions at the international IT service provider CSC from 1994. During this time Henning Reinecke held project and leadership roles carrying the responsibility for up to 550 employees and he also set up international key accounts for the IT group.
On October 1st, 2010 he became Head of Consulting Sales at INFO AG. Prior to his appointment to the Board of Directors at our company, he headed the consulting and outsourcing business units for northern Germany. He was appointed to the INFO AG Board of Directors with effect from April 1st, 2012 where he represents the sales and marketing business units.
