	Launch of Content Management System from CoreMedia	For BEB, a service provider for natural gas storage, INFO AG implemented its standard solution on the basis of the Content Managment System from CoreMedia together with the firm Monday Consulting GmbH. The online platform at BEB provides information on available storage capacities current to the day. A price calculator helps customers to figure out costs.
	Launch of Content Management System from CoreMedia	Launching an intranet on the basis of the CoreMedia CMS was one of the strategic IT projects for DAK. For example, one goal was to make the work instruction manual that had been previously printed on about 6,000 pages of paper available to all members of staff at a more cost-efficient price and more up-to-date. In another subject area, paper equivalent to a volume of 17.5 m³ each year was replaced by the system.
	Implementation of SAP Business All-in-One CRM for DMG	DMG controls the sales of its dental products via SAP Business All-in-One CRM, the solution for mid-sized firms. INFO AG implemented the globally applicable system for managing customer relationships in just 50 days.
	LAN infrastructure modernization	As a long-standing partner for IT, INFO AG was awarded the contract for consulting, planning and enacting the new LAN infrastructure. The jointly developed solution envisaged implementation of a modern virtual switching system (VSS) from Cisco. This highly innovative VSS technology combines 4 physical switches from the C6500 series into 2 virtual switches. Virtualization simplifies configuration, enables system hook-ups to be clustered, supports bandwidths up to 1.4 terrabytes per second, and increases security against failures and downtime many times over.
	IT infrastructure modernization SAP release upgrade	ITG GIS renewed its entire IT infrastructure together with INFO AG in the course of 4 parallel projects. LAN, data backup and memory systems were set up all over again, and an SAP release upgrade to an up-to-date version of SAP was carried out at the same time. For INFO AG and ITG, renewed proof of a tried-and-true partnership that can look back on more than a decade of successful cooperation.
	SAP system consolidation	Launch of standardized SAP structures and processes in Slovenia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Belgium, Greece and the Asian region in one central SAP system. In most countries SAP solutions were already being deployed at various release statuses. This was the reason why the necessary release upgrades were supposed to be implemented simultaneously in the course of migration for the individual companies in the countries. The process optimization and system consolidation program was carried out in the form of successive single projects.
	Implementation of the SAP solution Business All-in-One for retailers	SAP “one-stop shopping” powered by INFO AG. With INFO AG the PVU Group gained a partner who implemented the new IT platform at a fixed price and offered licenses, maintenance and support from one source.
	Centralized data backup and a backup instance Digital archives	The modernized data backup is easier to maintain, works faster and relieves the burden on the network lines at Steria Mummert Consulting by around 20 percent. All of the Lotus Notes databases, file servers and SAP systems are backed up automatically, all eMails are centrally archived. Archives data can be researched quickly and conveniently at any time via a full-text search. The IBM products Tivoli Storage Manager and IBM DB2 Content Manager are being used.
