Amprion GmbH, one of the leading trans­mission system operators in Europe, has concluded an outsourcing contract with INFO AG, a QSC AG company and independent ITC full service provider based in Hamburg. INFO AG’s solution concept comprises the transition of the entire Amprion IT infras­tructure, IT systems and data from RWE IT to INFO AG as well as complete opera­tions throughout the company at a later date, as an integral part of INFO AG’s role as main contractor.

In 2011, QSC AG accel­erated its evolution into an ICT provider and raised key metrics. Given the Company's strong financial position and profitability, the Management Board will, as planned, propose to the Annual Share­holders Meeting to declare the first ever distri­bution of a dividend in the amount of € 0.08 per share. QSC views this amount as being the minimum for the coming years, as well, while striving to steadily increase the dividend.

Now that INFO AG, a member company of QSC AG since May of last year, has set forth its course towards growth unabated during the fiscal year 2011, Thomas Stoek, chairman of the board at INFO AG and member of the board at QSC AG, is going to terminate this dual function due to family reasons and, starting April 1^st, focus exclu­sively on the continued expansion of IT compe­tence at QSC AG in a capacity as member of the board of directors at QSC.
